EA är ett av världens största företag inom spelindustrin och sitter på spelserier som Mass Effect, Battlefield, The Sims och en hel drös sportspel. Det händer mycket under deras stora paraply. Inget av det är relaterat till Wii U dock.
"We have no games in development for the Wii U currently," berättar talesperson Jeff Brown till Kotaku.
Detta trots att företaget tidigare sagt att de tänkt ha ett nära samarbete med Nintendo. "What Nintendo's new console delivers speaks directly to the players of EA Sports and EA Games. Nintendo's new console will produce brilliant high-definition graphics and new gameplay opportunities. We look forward to seeing great EA content on this new platform," sa före detta EA-bossen John Riccitiello på Nintendos E3-presskonferens år 2011. Någon stans på vägen förändrades något, uppenbarligen.
Kotaku hävdar att Brown inte uteslutit att man kommer utveckla till formatet i framtiden. Men just nu är det alltså inget man satsar på.
