Fyra svenska legender blir de första att väljas in i internationella Counter-Strike Hall of Fame

HLTV, den dominerande medieorganisationen att täcka e-sport i Counter Strike, har nyligen instiftat ett Hall of Fame för att, som de skriver: "Preserve the legacy of Counter-Strike's greats."

Varje år framöver kommer mellan tre och fem pensionerade spelare och coacher att väljas in, och till den första ceremonin är det inga mindre än fyra svenska legender som uppmärksammas, nämligen Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg, Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund, Emil "HeatoN" Christensen och Tommy "Potti" Ingemarsson.

In the short term, the objective is to honor the legends of Counter-Strike by inducting them into the Hall of Fame during the HLTV Awards gala. We will also cover their careers through articles, videos, and special HLTV player profiles to ensure their stories are remembered.

In the long term, HLTV and 1xBet aim to create a physical space where the Hall of Fame and other iconic Counter-Strike achievements can be paid tribute to.

Förutom äran att få delta på ceremonin i Belgrad den 11 januari nästa år så kommer svenskarna bland annat att få varsin Rolex med Hall of Fame-gravyr. Gratulerar!
