Chris Deering, som varit chef för SCEE (Sony Computer Entertainment Europe) enda sedan starten 1995, har beslutat sig för att lämna sin post den första november i år. Enligt pressreleasen är skälet att Chris Deering vill arbeta i USA där hans familj numera bor. Han ersätts av Fujio Nishida, varit chef för marknadsföring hos Sony Corporation i Japan, men han har tidigare jobbat bland annat sju år hos Sony i USA.
