Lamborghini kommer såklart att fortsätta tävla i GT3/GTWC-cirkusen och i och med att Huracan nu pensionerats kommer ju även tävlingsbilen baserad på den plattformen att göra det. I dess ställe kommer vi inom kort att se nyligen uppvisade Temerario Super Trofeo som på det stora hela är samma bil men Lamborghinis raceteam har kastat ur laddhybrid-delen och gjort den bakhjulsdriven, istället. I övrigt är det den dubbelturbomatade V8:an på fyra liter och 650 kusar som gäller samt ABS-bromsar samt ett avgassystem från italienska Capristo.
